Klodiana attended Montclair State University in New Jersey. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Jurisprudence and Political Science. She further obtained double Master of Arts in Law & Governance, Compliance & Regulations and Intellectual Properties from Montclair State University. Subsequently, she studied law at New York Law School, obtaining a Juris Doctor.
Klodiana believes in public service and was re-elected Councilwoman of the Borough of River Edge, New Jersey where she serves as a Liaison to the Environmental Protection Commission, the Legal Review & Ordinance Subcommittee., and it is a member of the Library Board. Klodiana is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, American Bar Association, American Intellectual Property Law Association, New York Women's Bar Association.
